Outlook Tip: How to Find Related Messages

Since most radio sales folks use Outlook for email, I thought you’d find this tip helpful:

Outlook 2000/2002/2003
If you’re looking for all the messages in a conversation thread, don’t waste time manually looking through your Inbox. Instead, let Outlook do the work for you. In the Message list, click on one of the messages in the respective message thread. Then, choose Tools | Find | Related Messages from the Outlook menu bar (Actions | Find All | Related Messages in 2000 and 2002). This shows all the messages contained in that thread.

Or you could just right click on one of the messages and under “find all” you can find all the messages in the thread and/or all messages from that person.
