I don't know what to call it. But, if one of you are married, it's time to fade out of this work BFF situation :). That was fun. I may want to start a "relationships at work" blog :)

Ok, I need some advice. I am a guy that knows of a female at work. We do not work in the same department. I am married and she has a live in boyfriend. She always looks for me or calls me on the phone during work hours. If she sees the doctor or feels sick she will call me to share it with me. If she feels really bad she will call me to come and see her. At times we have shared breakfast together or things in our relationships. Would this be considered a work spouse and does she seem to like me more than a friend but doesnt want to tell me and waiting for me to tell her something or what? It seems like sometimes she will call me 4-5 times a day. If she is not working and I am she will call me also. She will also show concerns via email or phone if I am not feeling well. We also share our problems about our real relationships with each other. OK, what do you think?
